Job Description


We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the owner by managing daily administrative tasks and client-related responsibilities, enabling her to concentrate on strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a meticulous organizer, excellent communicator, and a proactive problem solver. Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and handle email correspondence to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Proofread social media posts and other marketing materials to maintain high-quality content.
  • Compile emails and draft various communications with stakeholders.
  • Utilize Canva to create and update graphics as needed.
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the owner, assisting with all tasks required by clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant.
  • Experience in marketing is advantageous.
  • Certifications in Administrative Support or as a Personal Assistant are preferred.
  • Must have English as a first language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
