Importer and distributor of personal care, high end electronic and high technology led products, is seeking a graduate with one to two years of experience in the FMCG, retail or wholesale sectors to join their expanding team.
Purpose of the job:
Provide sales and office support services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, and monitoring administrative projects
Administrative:
Liaise between Sales, Orders and customers.
Assist in the preparation of pricing change sheets to be sent to customers, ensuring that pricing changes are accurately effected.
Print and prepare billings for final sign-off and file once signed.
Provide liaison between chain stores, sales representatives, orders and Operations for collections, POS and service delivery issues.
Liaise with Marketing on smaller tasks to be carried out.
Process and compile incoming weekly sell-through reports in order to accurately monitor progress in chains.
Setting up and processing of listing forms for new products being listed with each chain. Ensure that names and barcodes are accurately updated as they change.
General administrative tasks.
