The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and providing assistance to senior management where required. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, strong MS365 skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of initiative.Duties and Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Undergo training when required.xc2xb7 Understand the companys policy on work shifts, guests possessions and privacy issues as communicated verbally or in writing.xc2xb7 Management of email accounts.xc2xb7 Scheduling tasks, check ins (calendar entries into the Teams calendars and to be kept up to date).xc2xb7 Assist with servicing schedulesxc2xb7 Ensuring all information and documentation on Onedrive/Teams platform is up to date.xc2xb7 Capturing inventories / receipts and other documentation.xc2xb7 Liasing with various contractors and other third parties.xc2xb7 Monitoring of the Business WhatsApp line and calls.xc2xb7 Management of booking platform messages and ensuring vetting compliances are met in a professional manner.xc2xb7 Assist with property inventories, listing optimisation etc.xc2xb7 Assist the team with emergencies when needed, which may require travelling.xc2xb7 Bookkeeping functions as required.xc2xb7 Assisting with financial month end and reporting.
