We are looking for an administrative clerk, the goal is to ensure that all support activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. This position is located on a Poultry Breeding Farm- in the Free State region.

Minimum Requirements



Grade 12 3 years' experience (supplier administration, requisitions, purchase orders, sage payment & invoice matching) Good verbal and written communication skill Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel essential, Microsoft Word, Syspro an advantage. Knowledge on sage will be an advantage. Meet deadlines. Must take ownership of responsibilities and job functions- accurate processing is essential. Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities



Processing of orders Requesting invoices Compile week pack report (to be submitted every Monday to different stakeholders) Issuing of stock Dealing with supplier queries and invoice traceability Time and attendance report (matching salaries with time & attendance) Filling daily figures, meeting minutes, training attendance registers and lab results Paying salaries and provision to cost accuracy. Processing of sales orders Responsible for boardroom bookings and arrangements Keeping employee personnel file's up to date * Weekly and monthly reports
