Job Description


What you'll do:

  • Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression.
  • Office Management: Handle administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Supplier Coordination: Source and manage a network of suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive rates and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, including staff meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, assisting with project management, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Basic Bookkeeping Skills: Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
