Administrative Officer 1 - Cape Town
The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work
1. Invoice reconciliation
2. Checking time statements
3. Compilation of Opex expenditure tracking and reports for management
4. Training administration
5. Assistance of organisational Management functions
6. Tracking of documentation
7. CAPEX expenditure tracking and management reporting
The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:
Qualification: Grade 12
Experience: Relevant administrative or Finance related experience
Other skills /requirements (Specify)
1. General administrative at a Senior level
2. General Finance i.e invoice reconciliation
3. Effective communications and problem solving skills
