Duties/Pligte
Reception and switchboard.
Parking administration (APS system administration, visitors parking, Parket system, issuing parking discs, etc.).
Managing and ordering stationery and office supplies / consumables.
Organising departmental travel and entertainment arrangements.
Communicating and corresponding with tenants (collecting and recording turnover figures, etc.).
Scheduling meetings and taking minutes in the meetings.
Withdrawing all money in the APS and then depositing the money at the bank.
Ensuring that the cleaners clean the office timeously on a daily basis.
Liaising with security personnel with regards to incident reporting and parking matters.
Facilitating food and parking voucher administration.
Handling all deliveries and receiving quotes and invoices.
Archiving all documentation on the Letting Office server / maintaining the electronic database.
Social media and digital marketing facilitation.
Assisting the Letting Office Manager with administration and office related errands.
Assisting the Letting Office Professionals with administration.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
An advanced certificate or diploma (NQF6 )in secretarial studies or office administration.)
At least five years' experience in reception and office administration in a corporate environment within the last seven years.
Well-developed and proven computer skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel).
Excellent written and verbal language and communication skills in at least English.
Proven ability to work autonomously.
Proven meticulous attention to detail.
Recommendation/Aanbeveling
A valid Code 8 driver's licence.
Experience on software platforms.
Afrikaans proficiency.
Experience in social media and digital marketing.
Resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and diverse stakeholder expectations.
Presentable and well-groomed.
