Position Overview:Are you passionate about delivering exceptional design and sourcing solutions, and have strong skills as an Administrative Sales Coordinator? The ideal candidate will have good math skills, proficiency in Excel and Pastel, a keen attention to detail, and thrive under pressure.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project tracking and planning to ensure timely communication and task delegation
  • Sourcing & Costing of products
  • Dispatch planning and communication with sales reps and client
  • Sample tracking and management
  • Client liaison through various communication channels
  • Support for sales team and design assistance
Requirements & Skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to extract accurate measurements from plans is essential for providing precise quotations to clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel and some experience with Pastel
  • Strong communication abilities and multitasking skills
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Own transport
  • Some tiles & flooring industry experience preferred
