They are our greatest asset.Join us and let's grow together.We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.The succesful candidate will be responsible for for capturing and processing all supplier account related information effectively, efficiently, and timeously within the Accounts Payable Department, as well as ensuring that all related accounts are managed, processes and reconciled on time, and all supplier and end-user queries are addressed and resolved.Key Responsibilities
Performing general Accounts Payable administrative tasks.
Preparing, maintaining, and administering Accounts Payable documents and processes according to policies and procedures.
Interacting with suppliers and end-users to address and resolve all accounts payable queries to ensure up to date supplier account reconciliations.
Ensuring that supplier accounts overdue items are addressed and resolved timeously.
Performing Accounts Payable reconciliations in an organized, quick, and effective manner to ensure payments due to suppliers are accurate and on time.
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12.
Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum Experience
MS Office Proficiency.
SAP and COUPA experience.
Accounts payable experience will be advantageous.
