Job Summary JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATOR AND BUYER Company: BULK MACHINE HIRE PTY LTD, a leading provider of earthmoving machines that provides surface mining expertise and services to the mining and construction industries nationally and internationally. Location: BAPSFONTEIN Job Type: Full-time We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator and Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services. Responsibilities: Buyer: 1. Source and procure goods, services, and equipment for national and international sites 2. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers 3. Manage and maintain supplier relationships 4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 5. Ensure timeous delivery 6. Manage and Control Stock Administrator: 1. Manage and maintain accurate records and databases of inventory and purchases 2. Provide administrative support to the management team 3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls relating to procurement 4. Update and Maintain Supplier Database 5. Prepare weekly and monthly order reports Requirements: 1. A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in administration and procurement 2. Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field 3. RSA Citizen 4. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks What We Offer: 1.
