Job Description


Responsibilities:Manage daily invoicing and keep track of back ordersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing queries and resolving issues efficientlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendorsAct as the point of contact between the branch and Head OfficeProvide administrative support to the Sales team and follow up with customersUpload and organize documents on Microsoft SharePointMaintain stock levels and place orders as neededAssist with travel arrangements, event planning, and other logisticsManage incoming and outgoing calls, mail, and courier servicesDraft quotes, proformas, and update pricingRequirements:Matric1-3 years admin or reception experience * Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Syspro and SharePoint is a plus
