Job Summary To promptly and efficiently assist the department to enhance its outcome by providing an efficient administrative role to achieve business objectives. Qualification 3 years National Diploma in Relevant field. Experience : 2 -3 years proven corporate secretariat Administration experience. Experience in dealing with Securities. Corporate governance issues, corporate law (in particular, the New Companies Act) Practical Knowledge of SAP Ensuring the filling and maintenance of the annual returns of subsidiaries on the system. Ensuring that all Executive, Board and Committee meeting packs are prepared timeously and distributed accordingly. Attending meetings and taking minutes at meetings. Ensuring timely payments of the organisation Bonds. Conducting Delinquent checks for the organasation's community. Ability to conduct effective research and to prepare integrated reports. Participating in any of the corporate secretariat related initiatives or projects undertaken by the department Ensuring the organisation's security register is up to date. To ensure that both manual and electronic filing system is up to date and easily accessible. Maintaining good stakeholder relations and clients.TalentCruRecruiter
