Job Description

To control all financial activities related to the system Master Station, the wellbeing of all vending agents and validators, and Bulk Petty Cash float for an Administration Department.
Key Responsibility AreasEnsure that all agents deposits and queries are resolved timeously.Attend to vending agents correspondence and queries.Ensure all prepaid vending agents deposits are credited timeously.Recording and receipting all monies banked by vending agents with the Chief Cashier.Audit and reconcile agents month-end financial records, including credit notes and deposits banked.Ensure accuracy in terms of monies received is performed at the highest level.Maintaining of a filing system, and control of petty cash in the section.Processing petty cash reimbursements.

Essential RequirementsGrade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Accounting or Auditing or any other related and equivalent certificate.Valid motor vehicle driving license.3 years relevant experience.Computer Literacy.
Preferred RequirementsTertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Accounting or Auditing or any other related and equivalent qualification.4 years relevant experience.Housing Subsidy Yes
