Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant (Legal & Financial Firm)Our client, a well-established legal firm located in Fourways, is seeking a proactive and outgoing Administrative Assistant to support their team.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain office files for both legal and financial departments.Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent client service (must be fluent in Afrikaans).Document & Data Management: Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to both legal and financial teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.Office Operations: Help with managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Education: A relevant degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Legal Studies, Financial Management, Communications, or similar is preferred.Language: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (verbal and written).Personality: Energetic, friendly, and client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.Experience: Previous administrative experience in a legal or financial setting is a plus, but not required.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Familiarity with legal or financial software is beneficial.
