You will provide essential administrative support to the Talent, Acquisition, Certified, L&D, and Transformation Lead, alongside Site HR, Mentors, Training Providers, and Learners. Additionally, you will assist with compliance matters related to B-BBEE COGP, Employment Equity, and the Skills Development Act.Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Coordination:
o Oversee and facilitate the rollout of the CSCS Foundations Training program for all employees.o Support the coordination and implementation of the Supervisory Academy and certified Leadership Training programs.
  • Project Management:
o Manage recruitment projects, acting as a liaison between learners, mentors, training providers, facilitators, and TETA to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
o Consolidate monthly training reports and maintain accurate records for TETA ATR, Employment Equity, and B-BBEE Skills Development scorecard reporting.o Ensure precise training records are maintained, updated frequently, and accurately reflect both paper and IT systems.
  • Communication and Support:
o Facilitate communication with DCs and Site HR to ensure all training is recorded, submitted on time, and all relevant documentation is appropriately filed.o Manage the registration and support for Learnerships, Interns, and Graduates, assisting nominated employees throughout their qualifications or programs.
  • Skills Development and Employment Equity Facilitation:
o Act as a secondary Skills Development Facilitator and National Equity Committee Secretary, ensuring compliance with the Act and supporting communication, reporting, and filing.o Assist with B-BBEE compliance, coordinating the completion and submission of the annual ATR and WSP, and managing TETA-related discretionary grant projects.
  • Administrative Support:
o Handle administrative tasks such as requesting purchase orders, following up on supplier invoices, and coordinating training logistics, including booking rooms, arranging catering, and managing equipment needs.o Provide ongoing support for the full range of training activities, both internal and external, and assist in onboarding relevant training providers and suppliers.Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or university degree, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Certified Skills Development Facilitator or OD-ETDP qualification.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Skills Development, Employment Equity, B-BBEE, and related administration.
  • Strong integrity in handling confidential and sensitive organizational information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment with a strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
  • Customer management experience across various levels, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities, flexibility in planning, and some experience in communication/marketing.
