Core Description
Provide legal admin support to the legal team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts and maintaining an efficient database for all legal files. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts Assist with tender applications and all related administration. Provide administration support in litigation matters. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and help develop company policies. Effectively maintain legal files. Provide legal support to various departments and teams within BCX. Stay updated on legal trends and manage legal services portals. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
