We are seeking a proficient and dedicated Administrator & Office Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will initially be offered a three-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) during the initial period. Comprehensive training and evaluations will be provided to ensure proficiency in all assigned duties.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Vet new client applications, draft service agreements, and maintain updated client files.Debt Management: Follow up on outstanding accounts and establish payment arrangements.Financial Administration: Allocate EFT payments from bank statements to client accounts and submit weekly statements to all clients.Sales Support: Conduct 10 cold calls per day to schedule meetings for colleagues.Order Processing: Manage hardware orders including invoicing clients, ordering from suppliers, conducting quality checks, and arranging couriers.Inventory Management: Oversee stock control.Human Resources: Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates, manage leave records and attendance, and issue warnings as instructed by management.Reporting: Prepare and submit various weekly and monthly reports summarizing activities to management.Client Services: Process client cancellations and update client information upon request.Executive Assistance: Assist the Managing Director by managing calls, messages, and scheduling meetings and appointments.Banking Activities: Perform account verification, load beneficiaries, and manage account naming.Compliance: Maintain an up-to-date FIC-compliant reporting system and report necessary changes.Office Management: Oversee company documentation management, ensure an organized office environment, address office supplies needs, and liaise with vendors.Candidate Requirements:
