Technical Competencies & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
  • Capture and manage data accurately.
  • Utilize MS Office for administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize documents systematically.
  • Draft emails, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Process invoices, payments, and petty cash transactions.
  • Assist clients and provide support to staff
