Murray & Roberts Cementation invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Administrator Store to be placed at Bentley Park in Carltonville. The successful candidate will report to the Warehouse Manager. The company will provide remuneration and benefits relevant and appropriate to the position. Preference will be given to Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) candidates. Applications only open to South African Citizens / Permanent Residents.Job descriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:xc2xb7 Provide effective administrative supportxc2xb7 Receive and issue materials for export and various sitexc2xb7 Compile track lists for all exportsxc2xb7 Collate export documentation and packing instructionxc2xb7 Administer the JDE systemxc2xb7 Daily processing of outbound sales transactions and releasing of backordersxc2xb7 Manage manual requisitionsxc2xb7 Weekly Master data maintenancexc2xb7 Maintain inventory levels with regard to minimum and maximum levels and replenishment of stockxc2xb7 Prepare stock reconciliation reports, management of diesel receipt and issue recordsxc2xb7 Participate in monthly cycle counts and locations auditsxc2xb7 Maintain safe housekeeping practices to ensure safety standards, including adhering to safety standards for the packaging of materialsxc2xb7 Compliance to maintenance of store equipment / machinery in accordance with site regulations and standardsxc2xb7 Effective self-management in alignment with M&RCs valuesMinimum requirementsSuitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:xc2xb7 Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalentxc2xb7 Certificate in supply chain management or similar qualification from a recognised institutionxc2xb7 MS Office proficient [Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint]xc2xb7 Excellent Administrative skills with attention to detailxc2xb7 Fully conversant in English (written and verbal)xc2xb7 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skillsxc2xb7 Valid Medical certificate of FitnessSuitable candidates must have the following work experience:xc2xb7 Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalentxc2xb7 Certificate in supply chain management or similar qualification from a recognised institutionxc2xb7 MS Office proficient [Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint]xc2xb7 Excellent Administrative skills with attention to detailxc2xb7 Fully conversant in English (written and verbal)xc2xb7 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skillsxc2xb7 Valid Medical certificate of FitnessAll appointments will be done in line with our employment equity strategy.Disclaimer * The Recruiter may amend, delete or expire jobs at any time without notification.
