Resposnibilities:



Excellent service to customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders

Reception and professional answering of incoming calls & emails

Effective handling of lubricant and petroleum orders and processing of sales invoices.

Stock reconciliation

Effective handling of purchase orders and processing supplier invoices as well as timeously submitting for payment

General Administrative work

Plan and execute to meet all department & company deadlines

Sage Evolution

ERP system

Business Central

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both Afrikaans and English;Strong organising and time management skills to focus on achieving all administrative deadlines.

Good interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Integrity, Responsible, Accountable, Respect, Honest and Trustworthy.

Energetic with an innovative orientation.

The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

Requirements

Accounting background with at least 3 years' experience in accounting.

Computer proficiency is compulsory (MS- Office and e-mails);

Must have own reliable transport

Matric Grade 12



Degree/Diploma in Office or Business Management/ related to Finance



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R13000,00 per month

Mosselbay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
