Engineering Degree or National Higher Diploma; MBA in addition is highly advantageous.
Min 3+ years' experience in the Automotive Industry. Additional experience in the Technical Service industry or Dealer Service environment will be a definite advantage.
Must possess a valid driver's license; ability to travel across Southern & Sub-Sahara Africa for several days at a time when required

Prepare to support all future New Model Launches
Ensure Service literature like Workshop Manuals, wiring diagrams, etc. is updated and available at OK to Buy.
Special Service Tools
Ensure Service schedules are updated
Diagnostic tools, support, and validation.
Loan a Tool program is managed.
Collaborate with the International Markets Group Publishing Team.
Technical Training:
Manage the two training facilities
Ensure Dealer Network is trained and competent in all Specialties as well as New Model Introduction Training.
Training facilities is equipped adequately for training.
Latest Training programs are developed and included in the Training curriculum.
Manage our Purchased Service provider.
Collaborate with the International Markets Group and US Training teams.
Manage the training fleet
Develop Sub-Sahara training material.
Field Service Actions (FSA) / Recall:
Launch Recalls for South Africa on time
Ensure all is in place prior launching of an FSA.
Manage FSA's within GCAMP
Manage our Purchased Service provider
Collaborate with the International Markets Group Recall team
Advanced Service Engineering:
All Special Tools are available and issued to dealers 2 months prior new product launch.
New Model Training concluded prior launch.
