As an Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing promotional advertisements across various platforms, working closely with the Commercial and Fresh Departments to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. Only candidates who can start immediately will be considered for this opportunity.Minimum RequirementsMatric is essential3 year Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Retail is essential2 years experience in a retail/FMCG environment with promotions, advertising and media will be a key advantageComputer literacy is essentialBoMM system knowledge will be an advantageAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work well under pressure in a deadline driven environmentGood communication skillsGood time management skills.Must have a creative mind, take initiative and be a quick learnerAbility to communicate in Zulu/Xhosa/Sotho/etc. is essential due to vernacular radio script advertisingDuties and Responsibilities Responsible for the creation of Boxers promotional product and price advertisements in the form of leaflets, newspapers, etc.Work on multiple promotional tasks within an extremely deadline driven environment.Work cohesively with other team members across different departments to produce accurate promotional advertisements for Boxer customers.Marketing Administration - Collect and analyse competitor advertising and communicate relevant findings and trackAttend promotional sign-off meetings with relevant Commercial and Fresh department teamsApprove final promotional material before going to printEnsure RMS is successfully usedEnsure that one is up to date with the latest RMS improvements and updatesCross check barcodes/images with Silo image libraryCompleting all tasks utilizing RMS
