This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in Africa ( English ).xc2xb7 Handle (preparing and/or reviewing) all aspects of daily payroll function related to the Africa region from onboarding new joiners, coordinate payroll processing, calculate/validate/compile payroll report; ensure timely, accurate salary payment to employees and statutory payments to relevant authorities.xc2xb7 Coordinate and manage service providers to meet requirement from clients and clients' employees.xc2xb7 Develop procedures and documentation, continuously improve the process to optimize efficiency and productivity.xc2xb7 Research, monitor and document changes of statutory acts, labour, employment act in Africa to ensure compliance with local requirements.xc2xb7 Master relevant Payroll / Leave / Expense systemsxc2xb7 Process leaves and claims in line with clientsxe2x80x99 policies and procedures, and statutory requirements.xc2xb7 Manage payroll metrics and client (including clientsxe2x80x99 employees) satisfaction rate to meet companyxe2x80x99s goal.xc2xb7 For Senior Associate: Coach junior team member(s), provide positive and motivation to team members locally or remotely.xc2xb7 Complete any periodic or ad-hoc duties/reports when requested by superiors.RequirementsTechnical Capacities:xc2xb7 Minimum 2 years (for Junior) or 5 years (for Senior Associate) of payroll experience in the Africa region.xc2xb7 Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.xc2xb7 Strong in English, written and verbal communication.xc2xb7 Being located in Africaxc2xb7 Experience with Office (Word, Excel), Office 365, SharePoint.Personal Abilities:xc2xb7 Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.xc2xb7 Computer literate.xc2xb7 Pro-active and good communication.xc2xb7 Positive attitude and flexible mindset.xc2xb7 Capable to conduct detail-oriented activities.xc2xb7 Self-motivated and trustworthy.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and under tight schedule.Nice to have:xc2xb7 Additional European languages besides English are considered a plus.
