Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Agency Production Manager to oversee and coordinate a diverse range of production projects from TV and radio to print, video, POS, and merchandising. You'll be the linchpin that ensures our creative concepts are executed flawlessly, on time and within budget. The job as stated can be part-time, but there is a chance that in the future that you may be asked to take a full-time role depending on how much work flows in.

Responsibilities:

Manage production timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously.

Liaise between creative teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, building strong partnerships.

Ensure all productions meet our high-quality standards and client expectations.

Oversee the production process, identifying challenges and implementing solutions promptly.

Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and production techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience in production management within an agency setting.

Strong project management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Passion for creative excellence and innovation.

While the Job can be remote, we are looking for someone either in Cape Town or Johannesburg.

Part-Time: R20 000.00 - R25 000.00

Full-Time: R30 000.00 - R35 000.00
