Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment Process Management:
Develop and update recruitment procedures, including job applications and onboarding processes.
Implement new sourcing methods such as social recruiting and Boolean searches.
Review and select recruitment software suitable for agency needs.
Team Leadership:
Supervise the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.
Monitor team performance and report on key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Provide training to recruitment staff on best practices and new tools.
Client Relations:
Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
Build long-term relationships with clients and advise them on best recruiting practices.
Present shortlisted candidates and detailed candidate profiles to clients.
Strategic Planning:
Work with business leaders to develop and implement consistent recruitment strategies.
Forecast future hiring needs based on organizational goals and market trends.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and stay updated on changes in regulations.
Prepare periodic reports for clients on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and ensure recruitment processes remain compliant.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is highly beneficial
CIPD qualification is desirable.
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role
Strong IT recruitment experience
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with social media and professional networks.
Good knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
