Deep understanding of Agile methodology and scaled Agile (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
Proficient in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence) and metrics like burndown charts and velocity graphs.
Superior emotional intelligence, leadership skills, knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Ability to understand technical topics enough to be able to influence developers and steer technical discussions with developers.

ROLE:
Takes ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the Teams delivery and performance
Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations
Supports one or more Feature Teams in complex Products / Sub-products up to Domain level
Guides the team and organisation on the use and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices, as well as the Agile Working Model
Co-ordinates PI (Domain Cycle) planning, together with Product Owners
Supports the Product Owner with grooming processes and product backlog management
Co-ordinates and leads relevant Agile Ceremonies
Drives the resolution of Impediments
Drives the team delivery
Assists with internal and external communication and improving transparency. Demonstrates the status / performance of the team as key element.
Focuses on continuous improvement with the relevant Feature Team.
Drives topics related to team morale & culture.
Provides coaching & support of Feature Members.
Assesses the agile maturity of the team and organisation and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and Product Owners.
Assists with other project / product- and team coordination tasks when required
Provides active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, where required
