Our client is a leading automotive company committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable mobility solutions. With a rich history of delivering cutting-edge vehicles, we are now seeking a dynamic Agile Master to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Position Overview:
As an Agile Master you will play a pivotal role in driving agility, efficiency, and innovation within our development teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Hybrid Work Model with locations being midrand, Menlyn, Rosslyn and Home Office
Specific Skill requirements: (but not limited to)
- Agile Working Model
- Project Management
- DevOps and Biz DevOps
- Transition Management
- PIC Process Management (Problem, Incident and Change Management)
- Knowledge of BMW, ITPM, AWM (Advantageous)
- Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray, BitBucket)
- Previous exposure to finance function (either in finance function or Agile Master for a team that services a finance function)
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the scrum approach (e.g., Numerous burndown techniques, retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
