Thabazimbi Area xe2x80x93 Limpopo: Our client is looking for an Agriculture Manager xe2x80x93 Irrigation/ Beef to join the team.Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- 3 xe2x80x93 5 years minimum experience in pivot irrigation farming
- Previous experience with livestock (game & cattle)
- Previous cropping experience (maize, wheat, soya & sunflower)
- Computer literacy essential
- Maintenance experience with pumps and irrigation essential
- Ability to work well within a team and unsupervised
- Strong communication skills
- Valid drivers license
- Overseeing all aspects of the agriculture department within the company, this mainly consists of crop and feed production.
- Staff supervision of the department.
- Equipment maintenance of the department, financial performance of the department by means of budget preparations etc.
- Cattle management
