Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, build, and deploy AI models and algorithms to meet business requirements.
- Employ Generative AI, NLP, Voicebots, TTS, STT, LLMs, and API integration to develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI capabilities into current systems and workflows.
- Examine and interpret intricate data sets to inform strategic decisions.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies and techniques.
- Prepare and sustain documentation for AI models, processes, and tools.
- Offer technical expertise and assistance to team members and stakeholders.
- Education: A minimum of an Honours degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
- Experience: The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Generative AI, NLP, Voicebots, TTS, STT, LLMs, and API integration.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R.
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with voice bot and chatbot technologies.
- Experience working with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
