Overview

We are seeking a technically adept and client-focused

AI Solutions Engineer

to join a fantastic company. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that drive business outcomes for tech clients. You'll leverage this company's proprietary templates to prompt large language models, integrate limited Python code and API solutions, and work closely with various internal teams. Your ability to translate customer feedback into actionable workflow improvements--combined with exceptional spoken English skills and a comfort with recording Loom videos--will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Design & Development:

Architect and deploy AI-driven workflows using our proprietary templates, ensuring scalable and high-impact solutions.

Technical Integration:

Implement limited Python code and API integrations to enhance the functionality of your workflows and support dynamic content strategies.

Customer Engagement:

Interface with clients to gather and interpret feedback (e.g., "this blog doesn't sound like us") and fine-tune AI prompts and processes accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work in tandem with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to develop new templates and workflows aligned with product launches and expansion opportunities.

Process Documentation:

Record Loom videos to clearly communicate workflow processes, solutions, and improvements to both internal teams and clients.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze key performance metrics and trends to iteratively optimize workflows for enhanced business outcomes.

Best Practices Development:

Contribute to the evolution of our services delivery playbook by developing and refining standard operating procedures and playbooks based on successful deployments.

Qualifications

2 to 6 years of experience in roles such as Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, or Solution Engineering at high-growth startups. Proven experience with AI techniques, including large language model prompting and basic Python coding. Familiarity with API integrations and a solid understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS). Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-threaded projects in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Excellent project management abilities and proficiency with tools such as Linear, Airtable, or Asana. Exceptional spoken English and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Comfort with recording Loom videos to document and share workflow processes. A passion for exploring the intersection of AI and growth, and a drive to innovate in this rapidly evolving field.
