Join us as a Pricing specialist and play a pivotal role in managing procurement strategies, empowering teams, and driving efficiency in a global environment.YOUR ROLEAs the Pricing Specialist, you will oversee the entire Air Logistics pricing services. Your mission will be to develop and maintain procurement support with key suppliers and secure the most competitive pricing with a focus on quality and safety. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, foster a solution-oriented culture, and enhance profitability and efficiency through strategic innovation.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the pricing team to deliver top-quality services.
• Align with business units to optimize rates and consolidate opportunities.
• Foster a solution-oriented, customer-focused team culture.
• Work on internal and external KPIs for performance excellence.
• Conduct regular performance analysis on quotes to improve outcomes.
• Manage suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive automation and innovation for efficient pricing processes.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Apprenticeship or Vocational Course (Minimum), bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
• 4-7 years of proven experience in pricing in Air Logistics
• Strong communication and presentation skills, Proven problem solver with a collaborative mindset,
• Financially astute with excellent planning and analytical skills, Ability to drive innovation and process efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of international freight transportation across all modes, Experience with pricing for complex cargo moves
