Monitor the daily operational plans as shared by OCC;
Distribute information regarding planned issues, and service provider's constraints /shortages;
Cross-check daily movements against the ACSA parking bay list;
Monitor the Apex system to detect any abnormalities, possible delays and bay changes;
Analyse any aircraft technical problems;
Responsible for communicating ETA's to service providers to meet SLA agreements;
Responsible for Performance Monitoring i.e. OTP;
Provide input and agree on KPIs;
Monitor deviations;
Negotiate best solutions towards bay/gate allocations as per FlySafair's preference;
Provide a comprehensive end-of-shift handover;
Review trends and any non-conformance or deviations within the reports and engage with stakeholders to close the gaps;
Follow up with service providers if services are not in the bay as per SLA standards;
Participate in communications where input is required, internally and externally.
Grade 12 or equivalent;
2-4 Years Airport operational experience;
Previous AMC experience;
Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
Good understanding of operational requirements;
Excellent understanding of functioning and decision making during IROPS;
Excellent communication skills;
Solid computer literacy;
Excellent telephone, email and radio etiquette;
Good decision-making skills;
Good time management skills;
Conflict resolution skills.
