- Optimize listings for all Amazon products and brand page
- Manage inventory levels for all Amazon listed products
- Respond to customer service inquiries via Amazon
- Manage incoming Amazon reviews
- Provide marketing reports on Amazon Ad Campaigns
- Communicate with vendors on inventory management and order tracking
- 1+ year experience as Amazon VA/CS
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO is a plus
- Extensive customer service/e-commerce experience
- Resourceful and self-sufficient
- Proactive and organized
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- $4USD hourly rate with full remote work benefits
