Requirements:

• Diploma in

, or a related field. * AME qualification is advantageous

• Proven experience as an aircraft Technician, Mechanical Instructor, or in a similar role within the aviation industry.
• 5 xe2x80x93 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
• Experience in ERP systems and

software * Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145)

• Deep knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing curriculum, training materials, and assessments.
• Proficiency in hands-on mechanical tasks, including assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting of aircraft components.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of UAV Systems, components and logistics challenges specific to the industry.
• Strong aviation mechanical background
