Job Description
Functions:
- Responsible for preparing individual company forecasts and valuations (financial modelling)
- Responsible for proposing and presenting investment opportunities within South Africa
- Conduct quantitative analysis and analyze company reports
- Review company announcements and earnings results
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance
- Completed CFA Level 2 , or CA (SA)
- Experience in the Real Estate investment space is important
- Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential
