The role of the Transaction Officer is to co-ordinate the end to end transaction process across various stakeholders (both internal and external to the bank) with a specific focus on deal closing, facility origination, ongoing facility administration, collateral management and the effective and maximum use of the bank's various operating systems, in line with the Transactional Management policy and other related governance of Standard Bank.

Field of Study: Finance and Accounting/ Business Commerce
Experience Required
Business Support
Business & Commercial Banking
1-2 years Prior experience working within a transaction management / middle office environment as a transaction officer, financial or credit officer supporting an Investment Banking team.
Risk Management
3-4 years Prior experience as an accounts analyst or business banker with good interpersonal relationship.
Finance
3-4 years experience
Investment Banking
1-2 years Prior experience working within a transaction management / middle office environment as a transaction officer, financial or credit officer supporting an Investment Banking team.
