Performing activities under supervision, in order to grow the M&A business, within the defined CIB
risk parameters and relevant regulatory requirements.Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Engineering
• Post graduate Qualification would be preferred
• 2 years experience in an M&A advisory environment
• 2 years demonsrated experience in interpreting client financial statements, calculating financial ratios and building financial models for more experienced team member review.
• 2 years experience in drafting client documentation (presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials).
• Must have an understanding of legislation, regulations and industry codes of practice.
