Extracting reports and data from Balwin Management System (BMS)
Preparing transactions in Sage Evolution
Reviewing transaction and reports in Sage Evolution
Preparing of monthly reports from Sage Evolution
Responsible for the Tracker accounts and resolution of all related queries
Prepares schedules and submits to Group Technology Manager
Manage the stationery requirements of the Department.
Managing filing and document storage for annuity department
File all journals for the Department.
E-mail payment queries to relevant people.
Booking and reconciliation of company travels & resolve all queries.
Assists with receipt / sorting of postage and the sending off packages and postage.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Completed higher qualification in accounting (Degree)
Experience with Sage Evolution software is desired.
Excellent Excel experience / skills
3-5 years experience within accounting preferably within Property or Real Estate industry.
