A leading residential property developer has an immediate vacancy for an Annuity Accountant to permanently join their team. You will be reporting to the Group Technology Manager performing accounting, administration, IT, operations, and office duties.Duties:
- Preparing monthly operation reports (PowerBI)
- Extracting reports and data from Property Management System
- Helpdesk assistance
- Liaising with key stake holders in annuity businesses
- Preparing and reviewing transactions and reports in Sage Evolution
- Administration & Office duties
- Degree in Accounting
- Sage Evolution and Excel experience required
- 2+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role
