Job Description

As an Antenna Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing antennas for various applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance antenna systems that meet the requirements of both commercial and defense sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop antennas for a variety of systems including wireless communication, radar, satellite, and IoT applications.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations, modeling, and analysis using industry-standard tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, FEKO, etc.).
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate antenna systems into complete solutions.
• Conduct measurements and testing of antenna prototypes to validate design performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and performance issues.
• Stay current with advancements in antenna technology and industry trends.
• Document design specifications, test plans, and results.
• Support the production and manufacturing teams during the transition of antenna designs from prototype to production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in antenna design and simulation.
• Proficiency in antenna design software such as HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
• Experience in designing antennas for both RF and microwave frequencies.
• Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in testing and measuring antennas using network analyzers, anechoic chambers, and other RF equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., 3GPP, IEEE) and regulatory requirements is a plus.
