The AP Rentals Clerk within the Accounts Payable SSC function will support the Team Manager: Utilities and Rentals, by processing timeously and accurately all rental, rates and utilities payment transactions.
This role will be responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed as per the time and quality standards agreed in the Accounts Payable SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage rentals creditors' payments
Check incoming invoices against contract (SAP RE) and address discrepancies
Attending to landlord and municipal queries
Perform landlord and municipal reconciliations
Ensure that all rates calculations are verified and updated timeously
Perform the processing and closing of municipal accounts and payments for closed store
Providing LL with monthly turnover figures
Providing LL with remittances and breakdown of payments (requested)
Support internal and external audit requests
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric required, with an advanced Diploma or equivalent certification in Finance/Accounting as preferable
1-3 years of relevant working experience
Previous experience within finance department
