We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with at least1 year of experience
in a similar role. A background intech recruitment
is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible forsourcing, engaging, and placing top talent
while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, from sourcing to placement. Work closely with clients tounderstand hiring needs
and deliver top-quality candidates. Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, includingLinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit. Maintain and nurture relationships with bothclients and candidates
. Collaborate with the team to driveeffective and strategic hiring solutions
