Job Summary Calling all passionate tech leaders! A leading South African financial services company is seeking a highly skilled Application Development Manager to spearhead the development of a national CRM platform used by financial advisors. In this senior role, you'll: Design and develop cutting-edge features for the CRM platform, client portals, and mobile apps (iOS & Android). Champion the transformation of the platform's architecture to a modern C# microservices approach. Craft secure, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance optimization. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, BAs, testers, and business partners. Employ Agile/Scrum methodologies and advocate for continuous process improvement. Leverage DevOps principles to streamline development and deployment. To thrive in this role, you'll possess: 8+ years of experience in a senior developer or similar role. Proven expertise in C# development and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience with CRM and client portal solutions in the financial services industry. A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills (written & verbal) The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. Bonus points for: Knowledge of PHP development. Familiarity with wealth management and financial advisor needs. Experience managing small to medium-sized development teams.
