Here are some of the perks and rewards.A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)Generous holiday entitlementRoles where you can make a direct contribution to the success of the business.A focus on continued personal development.Paid time off work for volunteering in the communityOpportunities to travel internally representing AMEA Engineering DepartmentWhat youll do:Works closely with Sales Teams to understand customer needs and to develop engineered solutions that are practical to implement, address the customer need and meet the required financial metrics.Works closely with the Project Engineering team to develop the proposed technical solutions.Support the sales team by attending customer meetings and presenting technology and application overviews.Responsible for the concept development and accuracy of outline engineering for complex sales enquiries relating.Responsible for translating technical requirements from RFQ/Tender documents into solutions that meet the customer needs, are practically implementable.Support with material specifications and costing inputs for bespoke purchases.Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Aggreko place a strong emphasis on health, operational safety and environmental protection. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health, Safety & Environmental policies, operating procedures and compliance to local legislation.Youll have the following skills and experience:Graduate Electrical Engineer preferably with a minimum of 3 years design experience in an electrical power systems business.Minimum 2-4 years experience in the field of Power Engineering and/or renewablesExperience with renewable power technologies and battery energy storage systems would be preferred.Fully conversant with power generation equipment, Energy Storage systems, Solar PV & associated support infrastructure.Ability to view situations and conduct themselves in an objective and impartial manner.Positive Change orientation and motivator.Must be culturally sensitive and understand international business protocol.Able to travel internationally and extensively within Africa, Middle East & Asia at short notice.Cross cultural work experience is advantageous.Excellent English communication skillsDesired Skills:Excellent communicator & Self-motivatedNumerate, data-drivenAble to manage multiple project work streams.Preferably knows how to communicate in French, Portuguese and/or other languages.AutoCad (2D)PV Syst / HelioscopePower Analysis (Powerfactory / ETAP / EasyPower / PSSE)MS Office ToolsFind out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
