APPLICATION FOR ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCEValve and Automation as a recognized BEE transformation partner submits and comply with BEE codes of good practice.As part of BEE transformation codes and process, we hereby invite you to apply for Enterprise Development programme for 2024.This initiative is to assist small and micro enterprises in starting and growing their business.Criteria in order to apply:

  • Valid company (Pty) Ltd with 100% black ownership. This company must be currently valid and registered with CIPC. Proof required
  • Micro enterprise with turnover under R 10M per Annum.
  • Valid BEE Exempt Micro Enterprise Certificate. Valid for entire of current financial year ( Jan to Dec 2024).
  • Valid Tax clearance certificate.
  • Valid Banking details in the name of the abovementioned (Pty) Ltd.
  • In need of financial assistance. (Copies of financials and/or Bank statement) showing a viable business.
