  • Ensure Application Services Business Strategy (including goals, roadmap, agenda, polar stars, and business plan) is Communicated and implemented.
  • Resources and budget management; definition and management of roles and tasks of the Application Specialists team.
  • Resource and budget management for third party Application Service providers, e.g., contract management, capacity planning.
  • Competence and qualification management of the Application team, including recruiting, developing, planning, and monitoring of continuous internal education.
  • Support development of Application Service portfolio together with various/relevant Business Areas
  • Manage Application delivery operations to ensure business needs are met.
  • Support growth of Application Services as a business, ensuring MTA targets are met.
  • Develop strategies to ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Ensure transparency on Application activities: financial performance, process performance.
  • Drive continuous process efficiency improvements in order to improve productivity while ensuring customer satisfaction internally and externally.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient communication between local Sales, PM team, Application team and technical Service.
  • Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers
  • Manages all aspects of the implementation process and collaborates with the Sales and Service organizations as needed to drive accurate forecasting, timely shipment, efficient implementation, timely go-lives and reduced backlogs.
  • Extensive application knowledge and competence
Your expertise:
  • BTech Radiography or equivalent (Post grad would be advantageous)
  • Technical knowledge of Medical Equipment
  • 8 to 10 years in an Invivo environment
  • Experience as an Applications Specialist would be advantageous.
  • Must successfully demonstrate and apply effective leadership, communication, interpersonal, decision making, conflict resolution, time management, computer and customer service skills. Management experience preferred.
