Job Summary
What youll be doing:
Provide day-to-day support for our in-house software applications.
Diagnose and resolve software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Work closely with our development team to identify and implement software improvements.
Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance software utilization.
Monitor software performance and proactively address potential issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions.Required Skills:
Proven experience in application support, preferably with SQL-based systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with agriculture technology is a plus, but not mandatory.
A proactive and customer-focused attitude.Personal attributes:
