Job Description
:
- Cyber Security (Security zoning, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Patching, Password maintenance)
- Troubleshoot Technical issues
- Full System Training to clients after their onboarding process
- Collaborate with Development teams
- Create and update technical documentation
- Banking software experience is a must
- Proficiency in the financial service industry
- High degree of skill in ITIL Service management
- Microsoft, SQL, Oracle, Java, Unix will be advantageous
- Ability with Virus Applications, Servers, Firewalls, and more
- Pro-active
- Accountable and responsible
- Good Problem-solving skills
- Detail and Quality-orientated
