Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Manage client accounts and technical projects, ensuring successful use of Altair Simulation tools.
xc2xb7 Understand client engineering workflows and propose optimal simulation solutions.
xc2xb7 Provide training and technical support for Altair Simulation products.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute initiatives to grow business opportunities.
xc2xb7 Present technical solutions to customers, aligning with their design objectives and constraints.
xc2xb7 Troubleshoot engineering problems, identify best practices, and introduce innovative concepts for optimal design.
xc2xb7 Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for customer queries.Qualifications:
xc2xb7 B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on computational methods.
xc2xb7 Demonstrated experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with tools like Altair, SOLIDWORKS Simulation, ANSYS, or Nastran.
xc2xb7 Min 3 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in simulation application and support.
xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design methodologies.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
xc2xb7 Experience applying simulation strategies in real-world engineering projects will be an asset.Preferred Skills:
