  • Performance & Availability: Maintain high levels of application availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, and manage relationships with external technology vendors.
  • Development & Integration Oversight: Oversee application development, ensuring best practices are followed and smooth integration between systems.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure applications adhere to financial regulations and internal governance policies, and contribute to robust security measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor application performance, lead incident resolution, and identify opportunities for process and technology enhancements.
What You''''ll Bring:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in application development and management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally within a financial services or banking environment.
  • A Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Solid experience managing a range of applications, including legacy and modern systems, as well as third-party vendor applications.
  • A strong understanding of technologies relevant to financial services, including security and compliance.
  • Experience with application integration.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional development teams.
  • Excellent skills in prioritizing tasks, managing projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
